Raspberry Pi Login Message

Random tip, when you log into your raspberry pi, you can change the welcome message, a.k.a. the “Message of the Day” (motd).

Just for fun, I changed the /etc/motd to be:

<°))))>< <°))))>< <°))))>< <°))))><
<°))))><                   <°))))><
<°))))><     Stockfish     <°))))><
<°))))><                   <°))))><
<°))))>< <°))))>< <°))))> <<°))))><

Now, every time I log in I see this fun message.

There is lots more you could do with things like the hostname. There are plenty more resources out there for how to do that.
