What went well?

  • I played in another OTB tournament over the weekend. I did not do well the first day, losing 2 games and drawing a game that I was winning. But the second day I won both games.

What could have gone better?

  • Leading up to the tournament I did not play very well online. I lost 10 out of 14 rapid games last week (down 42 rating points).

What will I try next?

  • I am going to have a chess lesson with a coach to review my tournament games.
