Week 4 Plan

One area I really felt like I was struggling was in knowing how to analyze my own games. I’m mostly playing online games, so how do I balance learning from the games while also not overly worrying about games that are not always super serious.

I watched a bunch of online videos on how to best analyze your own games. There was lots of noise, but I was able to find a few gems.

Reflections

I like my Year of Study idea, but I want to make sure that I’m balancing building skills and not just cramming in new knowledge. I’m hopeful that by practicing and getting better at analysis, I can work on building my skills.

Next Week

My plan for week 5 is going to focus on a review of checkmate patterns.
